"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself."   ~  Rumi

With our own increased awareness, we have revised this email's quote after learning the source was one with a different definition of freedom.  We love quotes and do not always research the source; powerful quotes are not always associated with conscious individuals with whom the majority would agree. We apologize for any discomfort in reading the prior email.

Freedom may be closer than you think...  With a consistent conscious shift in one's perspective, one can find freedom within! Accessing your inner freedom to be as you are allows you to live more freely in the world and flow more easily through the inevitable challenges of life.  As the summer winds down, this is an important time to equip yourself with some healthy coping skills to last through the busy season ahead.

If you missed this workshop earlier in the summer, it's not too late to join us this Saturday, August 8th, for Freedom to Be...Workshop with yoga teachers Peggy Sealfon and Michelle Falco.

9:15-9:30am Sign-in, 9:30-11am Workshop

Reclaim your Power by Breaking through Challenges with movement and relaxation.  This workshop is ideal for individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), depression, divorce, grief/loss, addictions, or other emotional challenges.  Peggy and Michelle will help you release fear, reduce attachment to what's beyond your control, and connect to the freedom within.

$20 (or $15 for current clients) --can be applied to ongoing series.  Feel FREE to call for more information and to RSVP: (239) 325-9210. :) Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours.

If weekday classes are more convenient, our summer schedule continues for a few more weeks...

As we finalize our fall schedule, contact us if you would be interested in a Calm the Mind, Mindfulness, or Meditation Metamorphosis class to further help you learn to quiet the mental chatter...Day/time to be determined based on interest...

Other classes continuing through the summer...
