Good Morning, A good friend of mine used to say "Practice Makes Permanent" instead of practice makes perfect. Meaning we can be great at what we are doing but if what we are doing is not correct or not the best approach, we will get, not the desired results, but the same undesired results over and over again. The idea for success is simple:
- Are we getting the results we desire?
- If not, what changes do we need to make in what we are doing to get those results.
- Make those changes and see if they gave us the desired results. If so, great.
- If not, adjust the way we are doing things until you get those results.
Look a the results you are getting. Adjust what you are doing until you get the desired results. Continue to look for and implement ways to improve those results. It's not insanity.
