Registration Opens Tomorrow.  Let's make sure you're ready. Here are some helpful hints.

Changes for the upcoming year we would like to specifically point out are:
  • ALL CLASSES, regardless of age level require parent participation in the form of class parents (either one for the year, or an agreed upon rotation.)  As our program grows, we must continue to meet the adult/student ratios outlined in our permits with the school district.  Any class that does not have adequate parental participation must therefore be cancelled.  As a community based program, we benefit by the low costs associated with using our schools.  Parental Participation is critical to our success - we appreciate your support.
  • As in the past ALL Students Registered require a $20 PER STUDENT registration fee (this is an insurance expense).  New to this yearEach CLASS your children are enrolled in will require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit upon registration. 
  • PLEASE see our PAYMENTS page and review Due Dates. 
  • 2014-2015 Students, and New Families residing within the limits of the West Islip School District will be accepted between June 23 and September 1. We can only accomodate 225 families in our dance program and as a community group, must offer availability to in-district participants first. NEW members residing outside the district can be wait listed and we will notify you as space becomes available.

If your browser is outdated, consider updating it in advance. Preferred browsers for optimal performance are Internet Explorer and Firefox on both PC and MAC computers. 
Review our new Payment Plan Schedules in advance and save time at enrollment.  (we have made a few minor changes).
An update on DVD / BluRay Orders

We haven't forgotten about your orders. Our DVD recording is in post production, and editing is coming along VERY WELL. We know you are going to to be so pleased with the results.

We appreciate your patience and will post information on a pick-up date and location as soon as they have arrived.  (It will still be a few weeks.)  Remember, this year's dance recital was filmed with 8 cameras, and as a result, the editing process will take a little more time than it has in the past - but will be WELL WORTH THE WAIT!

Haven't ordered your copy yet?  Print your order form and either mail or drop off to Robin at 845 Keith Lane by Wednesday 6/24.

Order your photos yet?
If you had individual photos of your children taken by Saberin Photography during dress rehearsals, then you should have received an email with a link to your proofs by now (check spam / junk folders just in case).

If you have NOT received a message with a link to your proofs please contact them during their  normal business hours -  Monday-Friday, 10-6, at  631-714-7411, or email them at [email protected].
