1 in 3 women across the world will be beaten or raped during their life time. One Billion Rising is theatrical dance social activisim. DANCING heals our bodies and spirits as we experince the freedom and joy of being in beloved community to DANCE!

Eve Ensler who brought us The Vagina Monologues has organized women around the world for several years on Valentine's Day to raise awaremenss an d heal our bodies

as we create beloved sacred community.

Centering Prayer is a means of metanoia or repentance

and kenosis or self emptying.

Gospel of Matthew 6:5-6 "And whenever you pray, do not pray like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in he synagogues and at the street corners, so that they may be seen by others....But whenever you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your God who is in secret;

and your God who sees in secret will reward you."

Centering Prayer is a way to "repent" or
