What does it mean to be a Great Dame?
featuring
Pauline Brittingham, founder, PRB Designs

A chat with millennial entrepreneur, volunteer, board member, founder of PRB Designs and Great Dame extraordinaire, Pauline Brittingham:

What Inspires You? "Professionally: Most of my design inspiration comes from getting out and trying something new. Personally: Ordinary people who do extraordinary things."

What's the Best Advice You've Ever Received? "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right. I've had many mentors who encouraged me throughout my life, but not until I began to take on how smart, resourceful, and powerful I can be, did any magic start happening."

What does it Mean to be a Great Dame? "A Great Dame is open about her  experiences and honest enough to tell it like it is -- not sugar coating the road to success while leaving out the failures. Her power lies in her ability to share her life in such a way that it inspires others to do the same whether
they believe they can or not."

Mentoring Other Women is
Powerful and Impactful.
Do you agree?

Share your power & change a life. Consider becoming a Mentor.  It will be one of the most rewarding relationships in your life

Paul Pruitt Photography

"It was through the Women in Action Program where I met my mentor and good friend, Nina Sherak, who came into my life just in the nick of time. If you're not a mentor or a mentee, I implore you to consider becoming one today, Mentorship helped to mold me into the woman that I am today and will continue to shape me into the woman I want to be."
( Cimone Philpott,
WIA Mentee)
