Congress Wants To Turn The US Postal Service... Into A Bank
It's news that seems ripped from the pages of The Onion. Or perhaps Atlas Shrugged.
But incredibly enough it's actually true: earlier this week, Congress proposed a new law authorizing the US Postal Service to provide banking and financial services.
It's called the "Providing Opportunities for Savings, Transactions, and Lending" Act, abbreviated as... wait for it...
the POSTAL Act.

The government of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi backtracked on the decision to withdraw all the laws that the previous government had sent to the House of Representatives after the agreement with the legislative authority to determine the laws to be modified to comply with government reforms.
Legal Committee revealed 15 send a draft law to the government out of 200 parliamentary committees legislation is working to complete the approval stages.

The most common question I hear is "when".
When does the system collapse? When will we experience a reset?
I think this is a very odd question. Odd because if you stand back far enough you should be able to see "you are watching it"
! We are all so close and watching day by day movements, we are missing the big picture.
Don't get me wrong, many know systemically we are a bust but the daily watch for the lights out moment goes on. My point is this, the collapse is happening right before your eyes, "when" is a process and you are watching history!
The real global economy is in serious decline. You need no more evidence than declining trade and oil prices.

No, because you know, as well as the bank knows, that your dollar is the same value as what the merchant wants in change for their product within the USA.
However, if you are using your card to purchase something outside of the USA you would then want to know what the difference is between your dollars on your card and the value of the Euro (if the item you are purchasing outside the USA is in Euros.).

JUST BE NEAT AND LOOK LIKE YOU MEANT TO GET DRESSED TO MEET SOMEONE THAT YOU WANT TO HAVE A KIND AND FAVORABLE IMPRESSION OF YOU....ITS JUST A FIRST DATE...NOT THE WEDDING..
