To All PACE Participating Providers,

Effective immediately, all contracted providers transporting CenterLight PACE members for National MedTrans Network are required to complete our Driver Training Program.

National MedTrans Network fully supports CenterLight Healthcare's PACE initiative. In their own words " CenterLight Healthcare's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) enables those whose health issues are interfering with their functioning and quality of life to stay safely in their own home and community for as long as possible and receive high quality, comprehensive care." It is the duty of National MedTrans Network to ensure that all providers within our network providing services to Centerlight PACE members strictly adhere to established protocols enacted by CenterLight Healthcare.

Concurrent with CenterLight Healthcare's PACE initiative, all current Drivers within your organization are required to log onto the National MedTrans Network website, review our training material, and complete the questionnaire afterward. Please make sure all drivers have their license available, as it is required to complete the training program. The training material can be found at the following link: http://www.natmedtrans.com/centerlight-pace-program-driver-training-program .

National MedTrans Network will be requesting driver's 19-A files to ensure all drivers have completed the training. Also, any new drivers hired into your organization will be required to complete our Driver Training Program before transporting CenterLight Healthcare PACE members.

National MedTrans Network and CenterLight Healthcare believe that by following the established protocols for PACE members, we can better achieve our mission of transporting our members to better health. Should you have any questions regarding these changes, please feel free to contact your Provider Relations Department at 844-885-2696.

Thank you in advance for your time and cooperation.

Sincerely,

National MedTrans Network Provider Relations Team
