Participant Objectives:

In this one hour workshop, you will learn about John Gottman's Horsemen of the Apocalypse.  At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Name the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse
• Identify when the Four Horsement of the Apocalypse have made themselves present in your relationship
• Name the antidotes for each of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

About the Presenter: 

Jessica Schroeder is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in historic downtown Leavenworth.  Jessica is also a Registered Play Therapist and has completed the Level 1 training in the Gottman Method and has received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and has completed supervision for the model.
