Sustainability is... Partnerships!

July's newsletter highlights the wonderful organizations working to preserve our environment, cultural heritage, and local history in Routt County.  At YVSC, we feel very lucky to partner with so many of these groups, to provide our community with information on the many different facets of sustainability.  On August 26th, YVSC will be partnering with Historic Routt County and the Bud Werner Library for Talking Green - The Sustainability of Historic Preservation. Another of our local partners, CSU Extension, is providing a workshop on Soil Health and a Farm Tour on July 29th.   And in early September, YVSC is partnering with the Colorado Energy Office and our local Board of Realtors for a realtor continuing education class on the effects of energy efficient features in a home on its' price and value.  So many partners doing such great work!

And we could not do all of our work without community partners like you - through financial support or a donation of time at a Zero Waste event.  Please join us at these upcoming events and support us so we are able to keep our partnerships and our work going strong.

Thank you!
