"Everything but the Rectory"
Sunday, March 13 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Rectory clean-up day!
You may have heard about the success story of Everything but the House. It's where items that are no longer useful to a homeowner are offered for sale in a bid setting - people offer what they are willing to pay.
Over the years, many donations to Calvary Church have ended up stored in the rectory attic, basement, and cupboards. The vestry has decided that it is time to clean house in anticipation of our new rector, and that they should be offered first to parishioners before they are distributed for auction or for sale. M
ore on that later ....
On
Sunday, March 13 (lunch provided) we are asking for support from the parish for these things - move all excess furniture to the first floor, give it a nice clean up, and polish silver. Not glamorous, but it will help us inventory the items available.
Please consider offering your time and talent to this small project ... And please let Maris Bernard (email:
[email protected]) know by
Friday March 11 if you can help so there's enough food!
Any questions? Email or call
(513.315.0399 cell) for more information!
Thank you -
Maris Bernard (MacLachlan) and your vestry

Dear Calvary Family,
Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Rev. Bob Moore, who will be Calvary's supply priest for the month of March. Rev. Moore has been a frequest member of our
8:00am service and so he is familiar with our Calvary family.
Interim search:
Our interim interview committee has been solidified and will meet sometime soon with Rev. Canon Lynn Carter-Edmands to train for and discuss the interview process. We are encouraged that we will set-up interviews soon.
Pledging:
There have been questions regarding the supply of pledge envelopes for 2016. While we work on furnishing new envelopes, please feel free to write down your pledge on a sheet of paper and then place it into an offering basket
on Sunday, slide it under the church office door, or mail it into the church at:
Calvary Episcopal Church
3766 Clifton Avenue
Cincinnati, OH. 45220-1238
Your funds of faith will be put to good use in serving our greater Calvary outreach, community and in procuring a fantastic future permanent priest.
Any questions or concerns that you might have, which are quite normal for this process, please do not hesitate to reach out and voice as such to me or any member of our vestry.
God Bless our Calvary Family,
Sr. Warden
