By Peter Serdyukov, Ph D and Interim Dean, Ken Fawson

The Scholarship and Research Committee was convened as a standing committee of the School of Education by the Interim Dean to promote a culture of scholarship and research within the School. The Committee's quest is to create an environment in which faculty can share their scholarship, and expand and enhance their research. Communicating about faculty scholarship and encouraging collaboration reflects four of the five elements of the School's Conceptual Framework, STARS. It provides evidence of the practice of Scholarship, Teamwork with colleagues and other professionals, Active reflection on our practice, and modeling Standards of exemplary practice.

We look forward to your contributions!
