Returning week 7 (Aug 2-8) or week 8 (Aug 9-15) is a wonderful opportunity to try other exciting activities like Water Sports, Robotics, Small Boat Sailing and other advanced activities.
Returning Scouts who've completed the Brownsea program can experience the rest of Rodney's diverse program without having to wait a year to return. Q: Will all of Rodney's great program be offered during these special weeks 7 (Aug 2-8) & 8 (Aug 9-15) promotion? A: Yes! All of Rodney's programs including hard-to-get-into Water Sports and limited enrollment activities like Photography, Small Boat Sailing and Golf will be offered. Q: What are the requirements to qualify for the special weeks 7 (Aug 2-8) & 8 (Aug 9-15) promotion? A: Returning Scouts will receive this discount when registering as a Provisional Scout. Returning units will receive this discount on any Scout that has already attended Rodney or Henson for a week in 2015. Units that return and meet the requirements for free week-long leaders will receive these free slots. Otherwise, unit leaders may attend at the already low rate of $100.00 per leader slot. Units must bring two leaders and the contingent must represent a unit. Parent/son registrations must register as provisional campers at the appropriate provisional camper rate.
