The Season of Giving

The Holiday season, with its rush of preparations and travel, is just around the corner. But this week we are all looking forward to celebrating America's favorite holiday, Thanksgiving. We will gather with family and friends to reflect together, with gratitude, on what truly sustains us in life. And it's not the table groaning with food but those who surround the table and those we hold in our hearts who nourish us. And for them, we are truly thankful.

Just a few reminders as we head into December...

FAWCO and FAUSA Members and Clubs should be working on their applications for Education Grants and nomination forms for Development Grants. Submissions are due on 8 January, 2016 but be sure to collect all of the input you need before holiday vacations.
Our Target Program Individual Matching Grant Challenge ends on December 31. A gift donation will do twice as much good for Free The Girls this month. We need your help to take full advantage of this generous matching grant.
Don't forget to use iGive when buying your holiday gifts, generating donations for The FAWCO Foundation as you shop in your favorite online stores.

*Individual donations will be matched dollar for dollar up to $3000.
Please encourage your club members to donate to the Target Program.

*We will once again conduct our Online Auction in February 2016. Contact Laurie Brooks, our Online Auction Coordinator, if you can donate destinations, services, jewelry, artworks, etc.
