Y EXCITED to launch this blog as a forum for our staff, farmers and - most importantly - our customers to share their experiences at our Farmer's Markets along with delicious, easy to cook recipes.
In case you don't know, Harvest Home is a non-profit dedicated to increasing access to local, farm-fresh produce to under-served communities in NYC. Since 1993, we have worked tirelessly to provide healthy options to NYC residents living in "food deserts" and now manage 17 markets that serve more than 250,000 shoppers a year. That's a lot of fresh produce!
