Vegetarian Tostada Recipe
Ingredients:
1 toasted Tortilla
1/2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomato
1/4 cup, sliced Avocado 1/2 cup, sliced Carrot 2.0 tbsp chopped Onion 1/3 can Pinto Beans -Canned 1.0 tablespoon Sour Cream (Light) 1.0 tablespoon Sliced Black Olives 1& 1/2 cup Spinach - Fresh 1/3 cup Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked) 1.0 tablespoon Salsa - Low Sodium
Cooking Instructions:
1.Toast a tortilla and place it on your plate.
2. Rinse and drain beans.
3. On a serving plate, layer rice and beans.
4. Top with shredded greens, tomato, onion, carrot, olives, salsa, and sour cream.
5. Garnish with avocado slices.
