Toni Preckwinkle, attended the Bright Star Community Outreach fundraiser. The organization works to prevent youth violence and offers counseling for children and families who have gone through traumatic experiences.

Planned Parenthood of Illinois is expanding and moving ahead with ambitious makeovers of the organization's 17 health centers in Illinois. The national organization celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. JILL WINE-BANKS SEARCHES TO IMPROVE HANDLING OF SEXUAL ASSAULT CASES 
Jill Wine-Banks had the privilege of serving on a Department of Defense subcommittee that was tasked with reviewing how to improve handling sexual assault cases under the Code of Military Justice. They have completed their assessment of and submitted recommendations for change and are hopeful they will be implemented.
