Yada: m thinking they did RI in IRAQ because of the exchangers being prepared to exchange at the RI rate....and this was as of last Thursday
Smitty: but if they are only preparing then it did not happen right. Please if you are out there and you have the power to make this happen I ask you please this week. I know you have to do it some time just please do it now so many are hurting all over the world.

hub says(): used my snow blower last evening, picked up a rock, threw it against the house, wife was setting on the porch having a 44 oz dr pepper and it scared her, she dropped it on the cat, it jumped up and and clawed the dog, since it was 70 degees my wife was letting her $500 parrot get some sunshine, the dog knocked the cage over, the bird flys to the nearest tree.... i climbed up to get it, the bird flies back to the cage and i fell out of the tree.... im ok, but i hate that durn snowblower and will never get in out again.....

Trisha51: I have read that once a paymaster receives funds he must by law, distribute them within 72 hours.

OOTW: Detection Union of Arab Banks, on Sunday, the possession of Rafidain Bank "largest" stocks Mali in the region and the Arab world with total assets of $ 210 billion, and stressed that Iraq does not need the money in order to stimulate economic and banking sector, while pointing out the need to develop human resources, banking in Iraq.

Straight from the IMF...here it is:
"The government will gradually remove remaining exchange restrictions and multiple currency practice (MCP) with a view to eliminating exchange rate distortions."
Now...how do we know for a FACT they are accomplishing these items?
Investment proceeds...that is foreign investment...money coming into the country and the ability to leave the country.
The fact that Iraq Airways/Airline is being opened for foreign investors is proof that the restrictions are moved/being removed.
Q: [so they are removing the restrictions so they can have currency exchange?]
Wmawhite : If you have one you have to have the other. It is the Investment Law that they amended is providing this great change in Iraq.
Q: [SO IT COULD BE A TIMING ISSUE?]
Wmawhite : It is in keeping with what we know...IMF expectations...1st half of 2016.
