2016 Citizens Memorial Heroes for Hospice 5K/10K 

$25 Early Bird Registration Open Until April 17!

Be a hero!  Register for the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation’s “Heroes for Hospice” 5K/10K Run on Saturday, May 7.  Both courses will begin in front of the CMH Community Rooms and will conclude with a loop around Dunnegan Park.  The race begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be electronically timed for accuracy.  Medals will be awarded to overall male and female in both races and to first place male and female winners in each age division.  Participants dressed as their favorite superhero is encouraged!

Early bird registration is $25 per person on or before April 17 and includes a t-shirt. Registration after April 17 is $30 per person and does not guarantee a T-shirt. 

Receive a 20% family/group discount if registering four or more - use discount code “CMHHERO16” when registering.  GROUP MUST REGISTER TOGETHER UNDER ONE ENTRY.

Runners can also register the day of the event until 8 a.m. On-line registration closes May 3. Registrations are non-refundable. All ages and levels of physical activity are encouraged to attend.  Walkers, strollers and pets are welcome! No charge for children 5 and under, strollers and four-legged friends!

Early event check-in is encouraged on Friday, May 6 from 3 - 5:30 p.m. outside the CMH Community Rooms.  Participants picking up event packets on race day should be at the Community Rooms between 7:00 -8:00 a.m. for check-in. Cooperation in arriving early for packet pick-up and registration is appreciated. Restrooms will be available for participants. The course will close at 10:30 a.m. Race shirts wil not be held or mailed. If you do not pick-up your T-shirt by 8:30 a.m. on race day, we gift it to late registrants.

Male 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and Senior (60+)
Female 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and Senior (60+)

Proceeds will support CMH Hospice.
