Summit in Hazard, Kentucky!
Educational Cooperative. The two-day event for self-advocates, families, and professionals will be held April 15 and 16 at the Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative.
For the low cost of $20/individual or $30/couple,
participants will enjoy dinner and resource roundtables
Friday evening and a full day of sessions
(including a keynote speaker) and lunch on Saturday.
A limited number of FREE rooms will be available for
participants who live 60 or more miles from the event
site (KY Valley Educational Cooperative) - the participant
must register
for the Parent Summit and must make their
hotel reservations by March 1!

regarding their Leadership Development Grant:
This reimbursement grant is available for financial
assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities
and their close support network to participate in both in-state
and out-of-state leadership development opportunities.
What's covered: travel (mileage), registration, lodging (if you do not receive free
accommodations), and attendant/respite care.
