ELC hosts listening sessions with Black girls on school climate
ELC held its first listening sessions in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh focused on Black girls' experiences with school discipline. This bolsters ELC's larger policy goals to create a positive school climate and reduce the use of exclusionary discipline which disproportionately impacts students of color.
