HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!

As the holidays approach, I am immensely proud of and grateful to the students, faculty and staff that have consistently provided a high level of podiatric services to our community neighbors for over 100 years. I am also grateful for the ongoing innovations that have kept the College and Foot Center at the cutting edge of podiatric medicine.

To our current faculty, students and staff;

A Dual-Purpose Thanksgiving Feast
NYCPM's first Annual SNPMA Thanksgiving Multicultural Feast was held right before the Thanksgiving holiday and Club President, Zakiyyah Waters (2017), deemed it a great success. In addition to preparing ethnic cuisine, participants were encouraged to wear clothes that reflect their cultures.  All proceeds from the SNPMA ( Student National Podiatric Medical Association) Multicultural Thanksgiving Feast, $300, were donated to IRIS house, a food pantry serving the community of Harlem. According to president Waters, the mission of the multicultural feast was to "provide for families in need within our extended community of Harlem, so that they may have the opportunity to break bread with their loved ones this Holiday season," in addition to promoting collegiality.
