Monday Night Call with Bubba 6:30 EST 
The jobs Number; Good or Bad 
Friday was jobs day, when the report was delivered at 8:30 the markets had a mixed reaction. They ran up, sold off, ran up and finally broke hard. By the end of the day the DOW was down only 211 points thanks to a late day rally. 

It's apparent that the street is mixed, at first the number was interpreted as bad news for the jobs market but good news for the free money contingent. After evaluating the report the street had a change of mind believing the number could give the FED the green light to raise rates, causing a sell off.

From my point of view the number was lousy and the 4.9% unemployment rate is comical. Again the losses of good jobs replaced with lower paying service jobs has our president crowing about the great job he has done with the economy. I leave that decision to you.

The markets broke their two week winning streak rallying right to our 16,400 resistance level we noted last Monday night. Following the footprints tells us that markets want to go lower and that all rallies are meant to be sold.

Commodities remain deflationary but the dollar has started to weaken. We have talked about that very scenario on the Monday call as well as the Bubba Show. Oil may have finally caught a break with the downgrade from S+P which is always a sign the bottom is in or near.
