We are going to be repeating the sessions that we hosted this year at OLA (Ontario Library Association) for you, our provincial subscribers, in a webinar format.  These sessions will be recorded and the recordings made available if you are unable to join in on the live sessions.
 
Outcomes for Libraries: Find out what's new - Libraries of all kinds are increasingly being asked to demonstrate their value and effectiveness. Join Carl Thompson from Counting Opinions to learn how you can now use standardized measures of effectiveness for widely-offered public library programs and how combining input, output and activity measures to generate common key performance indicators (KPIs) demonstrating library efficiency and effectiveness.
