Helping Community Members in Need

This year, the City of Seattle provided funds to expand outreach services to Capitol Hill through 2016, and the CHS Blog and Capitol Hill Times have written about their experiences over the past month. The team brings a hands on, empathetic, holistic approach to helping people in distress, and we are partnering with them to ensure all our community members are safe and connected to services and programs they might need. Come learn more about this amazing team here and here!

I f you see someone in distress,  call or email the  Outreach team  between  7:30 AM-6:00 PM at (206) 441-3303 or [email protected].

Tips and Tricks
Recology- Biohazard Material Collection

In our recent survey of businesses along Broadway, many folks asked what to do with discarded needles, or "sharps." Fortunately, the  Recology StreetScapes division is trained for bio-hazard materials pickups  such as sharps or human waste and will usually catch issues in their daily service If you see something that needs to be addressed, report   the item and location   to  customer service 24/7 at [email protected] or call (206) 859-6700.
