PCE Residents,

One of PCE's largest events is happening this month. Our annual Fall Festival is on Saturday October 31st from 1-4pm. There will be bounce houses and games for the entire family to enjoy.  The PCE Social committee is looking for a few friendly volunteers to help with the games, crafts and taking family pictures in front of the Fall Festival background. This is a great way to meet and interact with your neighbors.

Also, if your teen needs community service or volunteer hours, PCE hosts events throughout the year. They are typically just a few hours in length on a weekend and we are always looking for volunteers. Interested? Please email the PCE Board and we will let you know about volunteer opportunities at our upcoming events.

Fall Festival Details: Saturday October 31st, 1-4pm
We encourage your kids to dress up and get a treat bag. We will have lots of games, food, and fun activities.

- Bounce For Fun will provide an obstacle course and bounce houses. 
- Mooya will be serving burgers.
- Bring your camera to take family photos with the Halloween props.
- Pumpkin decorating.
- Face painting.
- Challenge your friends to a sack race and other games.

This event is free to all PCE residents.  An adult must sign in to get meal tickets. If you are an owner, please come and fill out your Annual HOA Proxy and Ballot.

Looking for Fall Festival Vendors:
Are you a resident of PCE and you would like to promote your business?  You can have that opportunity at the Fall Festival. You must be a PCE resident and space is limited. Only one person from a company allowed, so claim your spot first.

Kellie Kauten: PCE Vice President
Kellie and her family have lived in PCE for the past 6 years. She started volunteering for the HOA when the pool expansion was in the design phase. From there she chaired the Pool Committee and went on to be a Board member. She is currently the Vice President and Liaison for the Social Committee. "I care about where I live and want to give my time anyway I can. I was an IT Project Manager, and I think this mindset helps. I was really surprised how much happens on an HOA board. It's a lot of work, but I love it!  I really like how diverse our board is and how each member cares passionately about PCE.  Each individuals' life experience and point of view enriches the Board.  None of us are afraid of change. We all know Frisco is growing and changing and it makes me proud to be a resident of Frisco and a part of the Panther Creek Estates Community."



Do you out-Boo your neighbors every Halloween?  Is your house going to be all decked out with Halloween decorations? Panther Creek Estates wants to share your wicked ways with all Halloween enthusiasts. Register your ghastly home with PCE and you'll be added to the PCE Halloween Map to attract those brave souls who dare to visit your spooky attraction!  Registration must be done by Friday October 23, 2015. 
 
Your PCE Board Members and Beautification Committee members will
vote on Oct 29th on the best decorated home in the neighborhood.  

Please include your name, address and phone number so we can award your prize.  We will not publish your name and phone number on the PCE Halloween map.
