Meet Ellen

I found a lump on my left breast two weeks after my 36th birthday. On February 23, 2015 I began my first of four cycles of chemotherapy. I am still continuing to receive herceptin every three weeks for a year. A short time after my diagnosis I had a bilateral Mastectomy

My advice to others going through breast cancer is there will be bad days. There will be good ones too. Enjoy the good ones, cherish the time spent with those you love, accept your limitations (you can't do everything) and always remember; you are not alone.
Your gifts help provide support to breast cancer patients and their families during their darkest times .
