Holy Happy Hour with Rabbi Blake
Thursday, February 4 from 5:30pm to 6:45pm (offsite)
Once a month, Rabbi Blake, WRT members and guests meet in NYC for cocktails, hors d'ouevres, and conversation.  Rabbi Blake's guest this month is Rabbi Geoffrey Mitelman, a brilliant scholar and presenter, who will join Rabbi Blake and guests in conversation about the current election cycle and why people are gravitating toward particular candidates. The hour  will be hosted by Fred Green at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, 767 Fifth Avenue, New York. Call the Temple office at 914-723-7727 to RSVP (required for security purposes).

Makom Kodesh: A monthly experience of meditation and song

Come learn with guest teacher Catherine Garro about how essential oils (derived from plants and trees) can positively affect our health and reduce stress. What better time than in the Jewish month of Shevat when we celebrate the birthday of the trees! 

LYD - Live Your Dreams
Speaker: Anthony Ianni of the Michigan Department of Civil Rights

At the age of four, Anthony was diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD). Specialists told his parents that he would barely graduate from school and would likely live in a group institution with other Autistic kids for his adult life. Join us for this amazing speaker who pledged his life and career to help those with similar challenges.  Co-­sponsored by WRT's Inclusion Task Force and Building Communities One Experience at a Time.  Read more about the event here.

"Get on Your Feet" & Get Ready for Havana Nights!
Salsa and Cha-Cha Dance Lessons @WRT

Whether you want to prepare for WRT's Havana Nights on April 9 or just learn to dance the Salsa or Cha-Cha, join us for the second evening of lessons for only $30 per class.
