Your Body Needs...will be opening up our studio to Andrew Dale, an Australian Health Coach with exceptional experience to give us an Introductory seminar on his successful
"Fulfillment, The Ultimate Goal" program.
As a one-on-one, health coach, Andrew works closely with you to identify what is really holding you back, working in a structured approach to firstly nail down with certainty your dreams and aspirations.
His two-hour seminar being held at Your Body Needs...is a very affordable and friendly way to find out more about Andrew's techniques and if you will find his one-on-one services a good fit for you.
The date for the introduction class is Sunday, February 21st at 2pm. Class will be approximately 2 hours and the cost $47 per person. A more detailed e-mail about Andrew and his program will follow.
