costume contest starts at 10:15am on Freedom Plaza. We have awards for best group, couple and individual! Age group and overall awards presented as well.

Shake Shack will open early and every participant receives a free adult (or kids) beverage compliments of our friends at Shake Shack! Please bring ID.
