Happy Fathers Day!

The Easton Farmers' Market is full of hardworking Farmer Dads, Baker Dads, and Chef Dads. And of course Shopper Dads! We love seeing all the Markets Dads spending time with their families and the scene captured above is one of our favorites... market regular, Rich Maier, helping his son, Gabe with lunch with an Apple Ridge Farm pretzel stuffed in his back pocket!

It's going to be a GORGEOUS Weekend, so come spend your Saturday with Dad at the Easton Farmers' Market. Share some lunch... listen to some music, do some shopping, and get to know your farmers! And remember, our market tokens make a great gift too. And all Dads will get $2 off any EFM hat or t-shirt this weekend.

White Bean Chili Pie topped with Roasted Kale and a Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuit

White Bean Meatballs with Butternut Squash, Sage Brown Butter topped with a Walnut Pesto, and served with Roasted Kale Chips

Mixed Berry Muffin with Blueberry Icing and an Orange Cream.

Valley Milkhouse

Try Stef's Favorite French Salad!

This weekend at Valley Milkhouse, pick up one of your favorite Bloomy rind cheeses and use it as an ingredient in a classic French salad. Slice Thistle or Witchgrass into thin wedges and place on toast points (think Flour Shop baguette). Broil for a few minutes until the cheese starts melting and gets crispy browned in the surface. Rest the cheesy toast points atop a heap of the season's best greens alongside radishes, snap peas and roasted beets from EFM's finest growers. You'll want to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Peace Valley Winery is proud to release this year's batch of Summer Solstice. This is a sweet ice wine style wine that comes in a beautiful blue bottle. Let the kids have their ice cream this summer, you can enjoy a glass of Summer Solstice wine instead. To celebrate, Jared will have the Summer Solstice on sale for 10% off this weekend.

BaD Farm

Beth and Dave were happy for this week's rain after finishing up chopping oats and doing a new seeding of hay. Dave will be at the market this week with yummy yogurts and a recipe for BAD FARM YOGURT CAKE that's super easy and moist. You'll also find their ever popular Curds (Poutine anyone?), cottage cheese, fresh mozzarella, and aged raw milk cheese. And of course plenty of creamy raw milk, eggs and lots of beef for Father's Day feasts and cookouts: steaks, ground beef, roasts, and hamburger patties.
