Everyone deserves an affordable place to live. But housing options in Seattle are becoming too scarce and too expensive.
To address the problem, Mayor Ed Murray's proposed Mandatory Housing Affordability program harnesses Seattle's rapid growth to create 6,100 new affordable housing units, paid for by allowing slightly larger buildings.
