News from the Galinsky Academy
Galinsky Parent Academy
Thank you to everyone who came to our recent Parent Academy sessions! They were great!

Couldn't make Debby Kaye's presentation on The Myths & Realities of Getting into College?  Debby has made her presentation slides available to all of our Galinsky Academy families. Click HERE for the slides from her presentation!

Don't forget that each Monday, Marci Rogozen is leading a Parent Torah Study Group at 12:15 PM in the Neal F. Portnoy Youth Lounge.  Grab your dairy lunch and join her.  School lunches also may be purchased in advance through the school office. Join a friendly, casual group as we discuss each week's Torah portion. Topics will include not only the weekly parsha, but also modern commentaries and midrashim (Rabbinic commentaries) that enlighten our reading, meaningful rituals, and take-away values. No experience or Hebrew Language skills are necessary.
Make Purim Really Special!
One of the customs of Purim is the giving of boxes filled with goodies and treats. Students of the Martin J. Gottlieb Middle School are taking orders for boxes containing an assortment of treats for the holiday. This is a fundraiser to provide scholarship funds for the annual Middle School trip. Orders due Monday, March 14, 2016 to the school office.
