Estrella welcomes back Beazer Homes, adds new homebuilders

Estrella by Newland Communities in Goodyear has welcomed back Beazer Homes as one of its homebuilders.
Approximately 17 miles from Phoenix on Estrella Parkway, the 20,000-acre Estrella added two other homebuilders in 2014, Shea Homes and Gehan Homes, and will welcome KB Home this spring.

The Goodyear Fire Department was recently recognized for providing the highest level of medical services to its communities.
It received the designation of Premier EMS Agency by the Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma System.

The Arizona Department of Transportation is starting Phase II extending Loop 303 south of Interstate 10 to Van Buren Street.
"
We consider this interchange to be a gateway to the West Valley," ADOT spokesman Doug Nintzel said.

Support West Valley Schools with Tax Credit through April 15, 2016
You don't have to have a child in school to contribute to education in Arizona through the School Tax Credit. Tax credit monies are not used to fund regular school activities. The donations you make can only be used for extracurricular activities, like sports programs, field trips, after-school tutoring programs, after school arts programs, etc. or designated "character education programs." You are allowed to specify which programs you'd like your donation to support.
