Spring is in the air and it is a great time to start integrating outdoor activities into your day. Some campus wide favorites include: taking a walk with One to One on M/W/F at noon beginning May 11th ( join the Meet Up here), packing a brown bag for lunch by the Wade Oval lagoon, waving off the shuttle and walking from your parking spot to your office, riding your bike to work, or finding a scenic bench on the quad then plugging into a free meditation app like "Take  A Break". At home, enjoy outdoor time with family. The later sunset makes spring a great time to go for an evening walk or to toss a ball around after dinner.

Let us know what your favorite spring time activities are: Spring Activity Poll.
