TCG Announces Hiring of Financial & Operational Executive
Greg Brown as Chief Financial Officer

His responsibilities include oversight of Financial, Accounting & Resource management and reporting, enabling him to
support the firm from both a strategic and operational perspective

For over 25 years Greg's career has been devoted to serving entrepreneurs and the companies that they create. He is President of Cardinal Finance, which provides CFO and other financial consulting services to a number of entrepreneurially driven companies from start up through middle market He has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of multiple privately-backed and public companies such as BridgeFront, BioForce Nanosciences, Metrix, and Patient Infosystems. Additionally, he is the Administrator of Charlotte Angel Fund, and has international venture capital investing experience with Residex Ventures and Pappajohn Capital Resources.
With deep understanding of investment transactions of all types, Greg has participated in over $150 million of private and public financings. His experience both as an investor and as part of management teams seeking investment has enabled an understanding of both perspectives, allowing the ability to bring that understanding to the table for the benefit of all parties.
Greg has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa, and resides in Charlotte, NC.
