The general director of the bank on behalf of Kamal al-Hassani in a press statement today that "prospects banking cooperation with Arab and international banks contributes to increasing the volume of external banking transactions through the opening letters of credit and the issuance of letters of guarantee and an investment and foreign remittance operations.

Oh, don't start believing cash outs have started. They are showing you the process of how the world will change and is changing.

Follow Greece. That is resolved, but it was done in a certain way for a reason - safety.

Puerto Rico also has it handled. What does "handled" mean? The plan, which has no letter, is moving forward and will happen at same time for all nations.

None of these other stories about exchanging are true. If they are, then they are tied to a contract, because debt is owed by Iraq. Just because a nation owes someone, such as a company, doesn't mean that "someone" can speculate, which is why the need for USD (auctions).

No speculator in currencies has cashed out a dang thing. Why would they exchange an asset-backed currency for fiat? Same with nations.

AW:   Financial analysts are starting to react to the Greek referendum results.

Wolf Piccoli, of Teneo Intelligence, reckons that there is now a 75% chance that Greece will eventually leave the eurozone.

He believes the European Central Bank will not raise the cap on emergency liquidity, even though Greek banks are desperately short of cash.

 This will further raise doubts over whether all of Greece's big commercial banks will be able to survive the coming week; their remaining liquidity buffers are likely to last until Tuesday, at best. Within the ECB, there may even be a push to consider a further increase in the haircut on the collateral accepted in return for ELA access, although Monday may be too early for such a move given that the further course of negotiations is still unclear.

 The whole world is upside down - and the folks in charge are not so sure they can continue to manage the rip tide effect that is about to roll through. 

The deals have been cut,  the options have been reviewed, the plans have changed many number of times, and the wherewithal to make it all happen as has been the intention now for years, has been dampened by the continued surveillance that has occurred. 

You have to recall that was not always an issue. It certainly is now.  As soon as indications come through that this and that are going to happen, then the PTB are also alerted and that changes the outcomes. 

Albeit, the outcomes won't always been thwarted, but lets be real, they have been and they are and yet no one within the white hat group is thwarted by what changes; the wiser ones just know what has to be done and they continue to do just that.

 Will the programs begin to manifest or pay out this next week?  They could.  It could happen and it could get delayed one more time.  Just be aware that bankers and politicians and kingpins are all quite busy all over the world right now trying to cover their ***....

These are crazy times but reminder that it was always expected, these tumultuous experiences. 

Some where you have read the Light is winning; well it is, it will, and good intentions and good people will ultimately get this done.  Be wise, safe, and use your common sense, as always. 

If wishing your intention could bring all of these things to a head this very week, there are plenty of folks on this slow train that would do that in a NY second.  You are all on the same page.  Keep the faith....P...
