Only Three Days Until We Go Down the Rabbit Hole!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has purchased tickets, made donations and volunteered many countless hours to this year's auction. This auction would not be possible without the tremendous support of the Prairie families and the community in which we live.

Remember, this is Prairie's largest fundraiser. The auction benefits every one of our children! If you have not purchased a ticket yet, you can purchase online through the end of the day. And tickets will be on sale at the door during the event. There are so many great items to bid on. You don't want to be left out!

Join us 3/1 for Mainstream Coalition's Education Forum

Please join the Prairie PTA at a bipartisan forum on
Tuesday, March 1st, from 7-8:30 p.m. at Colonial Church in Prairie Village, for an update on Kansas legislative activity regarding public education policy and funding.

The event, hosted by the MainStream Coalition, will include Republican and Democratic state representatives. Parents will have a chance to express our priorities for our children's education, share experiences from our own schools, and ask questions about the issues that will help to determine our children's futures.

It's Panther Paw Time Again!

Join us this  Friday, 2/26 from 3:15-4:00 p.m. in the Art Room to create content for the next edition of the Panther Paw! The Panther Paw is Prairie's student-run newspaper, with content generated by the students. All grade levels are welcome! Drawings, cartoons, word searches - creativity is king!

Join us for next week's Preschool Event!

Join us next Wednesday 3/2 from 8:30-9:15 a.m. for a music-themed Preschool Event in the Library. Prairie Preschool events are a great way to get your preschooler acclimated to Prairie in preparation for Kindergarten. Please invite any families you know who have an incoming Kindergartener!
