Intergenerational Day of Service 

"Hand to Hand, Heart to Heart: 150 Years of Making a Difference"

We celebrate the past 150 years and the beginning of a new ministry by joining together to serve the wider community through a variety of local partnerships and to tend to our church home. Gather at WUS in the morning (time TBD,) leave in groups for different projects or join building projects on-site. The day concludes with a delicious and informal meal at 6:00 pm. (Contact Rebecca Kelley Morgan or Heather Janules  if you are interested in volunteering.)

Our guest preacher is Carey McDonald, Outreach Director of the Unitarian Universalist Association and descendant of Dr. Frederick Winsor, founding member of WUS

 

Service in Celebration of the Covenant Between 

the Winchester Unitarian Society and its Fifteenth Called Minister, 

the Rev. Heather Janules at 4:00 pm 

This is a ceremony, recognizing the promises made between a congregation and its new minister, for members and friends of all ages! After the Installation service, we will gather for a congregational photograph on the front steps and then enjoy 

a festive reception in Metcalf Hall.
