Happy Spring!
Hello, friends!
Hope you're having a great start to a new season. I personally cannot wait for warmer temperatures and to see green grass and colorful blooms fill the New York City landscape. It can't come soon enough!
I'm thrilled to share that, starting with the June 2016 issue, I'll be a co-contributor to a bi-monthly column (alongside Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Michael Roizen) in SUCCESS MAGAZINE. I'm honored for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful and informative magazine.
I'm also keeping busy with, and thoroughly enjoying, my children's lit fellowship. I've also enjoyed fan-girling with new and seasoned young adult book authors at book signings and, most recently, at the incredible New York City Teen Author Festival.
On the fitness front, I'm preparing for the MORE/SHAPE Women's Half-Marathon (my fifth half!) which takes place on Sunday, April 17. I'm walking it (not for time, but just to get it done).
To help you usher in the spring, below I've provided links to some recent blog posts.
For your eating pleasure, you'll find dozens of food, nutrition and lifestyle tips from experts in honor of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' National Nutrition Month (March 2016). And for your reading pleasure, you'll find book reviews and author interviews. I've also shared some recent articles in which I'm quoted.
