Luxembourg warns Germany a Grexit would be catastrophic
Luxembourg warned Germany on Sunday of a "catastrophe for Europe" if it pushed for Greece to leave the euro zone as the idea of a temporary exit gained traction with some of Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives.
Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn's comments came after Germany argued that Greece could take a five-year "time-out" from the euro zone and have some of its debts written off if Athens fails to improve proposals it has made for a bailout.

Purifiers Continues: We need the TRUE VALUE of Iraq to reflect in its currency.... that is how it is suppose to be...
However.... we (UN, IMF, and Others) have their rate FROZEN... at what we call a "programme rate".... pre-Sadaam... they "HAD" in those days.... over $3 per dinar value... and Iraq had FAR LESS NATURAL RICHES AND RESOURCES Known... at that time.... THAN THEY DO NOW!!!!!!!
So the dinar is UNDERVALUED.... PRESSURE FROM ALL IN LINE.... STANDS TO REASON.... TO BRING FORTH AN I.R. FROM IRAQ...

Major surprise Azvha Parliament to the citizens after the "Eid al-Fitr"
WOW....first Maliki being removed or asked to resign....which I don't see happening....now Najafi from his position as Vice President and Saleh al-Mutlaq from his position as Deputy PM....what is going on....
there even sound like more names may be added to this list after Eid......all from the Iraqi Coalition Forces......will need to keep an eye on this to see what if anything materializes from it.....remember one article does not make all things factual.

The Project is for real and the lost hope or the disillusionment of all of that is natural but the thing will manifest and the work being done is on-going. Many are in a state of desperation and feel the pain of so many who have held fast to this project for so long.
The Chinese do not think in terms of time as Americans or Westerners, they know that existence has been shall we say, "forever". It feels like being on a plane ride ready to jump out in your first parachute jump. Hang in there; don't quit now. Be still and know; this will materialize as promised.
The world has not changed; upsets and chaos continues to unfold; in fact there is more of it every day. The revelations forthcoming are monumental and the changes those will bring in time are for the betterment of all.
In the meantime, the work that is afoot is continuing and the enormous power that some have had in this world has been crimped enough that changes are going on.
The continued reinforcement for all who wait is that the transition time is far, far closer than it has ever been and the worrisome issues that you see afoot are just that. Do notice that money cures a lot of ills. So do not be surprised!...P...

The story of the destruction of the German mark during the hyper-inflation of Weimar Germany from 1919 to its horrific peak in November 1923 is usually dismissed as a bizarre anomaly in the economic history of the twentieth century.
But no episode better illustrates the dire consequences of unsound money or makes a more devastating, real-life case against fiat-currency: where there is no restraint, monetary death will follow.
"It matters little that the causes of the Weimar inflation are in many ways unrepeatable; that political conditions are different, or that it is almost inconceivable that financial chaos would ever again be allowed to develop so far," wrote British historian and MP Adam Fergusson in his 1975 classic, When Money Dies.
"The question to be asked - the danger to be recognized - is how inflation, however caused, affects a nation."

"When Money Dies" is the title of a 1975 book by Adam Fergusson, in which he describes the downfall of the Reichsmark in Weimar Germany. A fascinating look at that period of history, one can glean quite a few useful pieces of advice on how to survive a currency crisis.
But "when money dies" could also describe the current currency crisis in Greece, in which many Greeks seem to have taken those lessons from Fergusson's account of the Weimar hyperinflation to heart.
