Join Christina as she presents An Analysis of Sustainability in Water and Energy Product Implementaion in Rural Rwanda. Her research describes a public health intervention where water filters and improved cookstoves were distributed in rural Rwanda. The intervention is examined from the pilot phase to a scale up of over 100,000 households, examining adoption rates and behaviors while performing a cost benefit analysis to determine if the program provided sufficient benefits to outweigh program costs.

CU Bridges to Prosperity is holding a fundraiser for their 2016 build in Corata, Bolivia. Come learn about past build trips and future ones with students, alumni, friends and family at Sanitas Brewing Company in Boulder. There will be a silent auction, raffle, and merchandise for sale. Entry is free and open to the public (under 21s allowed). Delicious beer and food will be available for purchase.

Energy Frontiers 2016 - Bridging the Gap: Energy Solutions for the Developing World

In the Wake of the Big Quake:
The Political Economy of Recovery and Development in Nepal."
Almost a year has passed since Nepal was rocked by a series of devastating earthquakes. The situation remains grim for many Nepalis who live in areas particularly affected by the earthquakes. The ongoing challenges of disaster management and reconstruction have added to the complexity of addressing longstanding issues of economic and social development. Purdue Lecturer Position

This position is to provide significant instructional support for the EPICS program by directly teaching and mentoring several multi-disciplinary student design teams. In addition, this position will provide disciplinary oversight of senior design students by mentoring students and collection of assessment data.
