Discover Your Family Health History
Women's Health Practice wishes you and your loved ones a healthy holiday season!

As your join your relatives in celebration, remember that the holidays create the perfect opportunity to explore your family health history.

Discussing family health history benefits family members of any age. Children and young adults gain an invaluable resource that can help prevent or control future health conditions. Older adults have the opportunity to share knowledge of deceased or distant relatives with younger generations.

Use the My Family Health Portrait tool to organize your family health history and create a report that you can give to your doctor. Read more at the CDC website about the benefits of collecting your relatives' health information, and learn how you can start the discussion.
