In this workshop, you'll learn camera techniques that are exclusive to iPhone photography; find out which apps are best for image capture, editing and stylizing your images. Study combinations of apps that transform your images into photo-based art.
Lecture Set: William D. White and the Murals of Delaware

This lecture will discuss the making of murals and their conservation in the region over the 20th and now 21st centuries. The four speakers will review the history of murals in the region, the conservation and preservation of public murals, as well as an introduction to the Mural Art Program, one of America's most successful public art projects.

Please bring your 18th and/or 19th century samplers and any supporting family information to be photographed and documented by the Delaware Sampler Discovery Group. If you have more than two samplers, please make an appointment by contacting Ryan Grover at 302-674-2111, extension 108 or email rgrover@biggsmuseum.org. Volunteers will be available to help transport your samplers.
