2016 Upper Makefield PA Board

Newly elected Upper Makefield Township Supervisor Diana Nolan was sworn into office on January 4, 2016. The Board of Supervisors then formalized hiring Township Manager Jim Pascale.
 
Diana Nolan is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She  enjoys volunteering as a prison mentor, religious education teacher and as a member of Project Hope, a community outreach program. In addition, she was a member of the Council Rock Planning Committee and is honored to serve as a Township Supervisor. Her husband, John, and their six children, have lived in Upper Makefield since 2001.
 
Jim Pascale, an East Rockhill, Bucks County, resident, brings to the job years of experience, after 26 years as Manager of Princeton Township, New Jersey. In New Jersey, he earned  recognition as  "Outstanding Manager of the Year" from the New Jersey Municipal Management Association.  He worked most recently in South Palm Beach, Florida.

Earned Income Tax Due Monday, April 18, 2016

Payment of the Bucks County Earned Income Tax is managed by Keystone Collections. You can learn on our website  how the Earned Income Tax is divided among Bucks County, the Council Rock School District and Upper Makefield Township. From there, you can link to Keystone Collections taxpayer page. 
Conservation Easement to Preserve Diabase Farm on Street Road

The 130-acre Diabase Farm, as it faces Street Road, is known for its sweeping, scenic views.  Working with the Natural Lands Trust, the Board of Supervisors approved a 24.184 acre conservation easement for Diabase Farm on Street Road. The conservation easements now fully preserve the farm from future development.
