Ballston 2.0 Offers a New Take on Office Space

The newly reenergized Ballston 2.0 office building is emerging as a standout property with exciting new features for its current and future tenants. Located at 1010 North Glebe R oad , Ballston 2.0 is owned by the Meridian Group who took an active role to reenergize their once aging office building by investing in internal and external renovations, improved amenities and a new take on how they lease their space!

Current tenants - which include Citibank, Booeymonger, Arlington Dental, several government contractors, and recruiting firms - are already enjoying the improvements to the building. Part of the 2.0 revitalization  included a complete build out of the 2nd floor which now highlights a new fitness center, conference room, lounge area and five new office spec suites. Two of which have already by leased to new tenants of the building.

These new improvements to Ballston 2.0 lend to it being a very unique option in our neighborhood. Only a short walk from the Ballston Metro and unmatched transportation access to the rest of the region, Ballston 2.0 is a great option for any company looking to call Ballston home.

For more information on available space or to schedule a tour, please contact the Ballston 2.0's leasing team led by Tim Summers of Cushman & Wakefield at [email protected].

Meet

There are a lot of development projects coming to the Ballston neighborhood over the next couple of years but one that is particularly exciting is the redevelopment of the Ballston Metro Plaza. Our metro canopy is one-of-a-kind in the DC Metro system but our plaza needs some major revamping to increase pedestrian safety, bus circulation and overall atmosphere improvements. Fortunately, Arlington County is working with all major stakeholders to do just that with this proposed redevelopment project. Arlington County's Department of Environmental Services will be hosting it's second public meeting for the Ballston Station Multimodal Redevelopment this evening, December 16 th, from 6:30 - 7:30PM at 4301 Wilson Boulevard in Room CC1. You can join this meeting to learn about the current project status, next steps and anticipated timeline. County staff will also illustrate how previously provided community feedback has influenced the current design - which is at 90% completetion. Make sure to join the community this evening so your voice can also be heard regarding one of the major transportation arteries of Ballston!
