First/Campbell Coalition - Your Voice in the Grant Road Project
On May 19, the JPNA Land Use Committee met with Tucson's Office of Integrated Planning (OIP). OIP is an "arm of the city manager" and is tasked with overseeing projects/plans etc. At the meeting were SAMOS representatives(neighborhood north side of Grant) . It was agreed to form a coalition to be a voice for the First to Campbell segment of the "corridor vision". OIP has agreed to meet regularly in the process and incorporate neighborhood input. Meeting dates are being set. Is your vision quick marts and car/title loan strips or buffers and green space? Now before plans are final, neighbor's voices can make a difference.

UPDATE ON GREENING OUR INTERIOR!
Upgraded Entrance to School
The rainwater garden in front of the International School of Tucson is finished and worth a drive-by. Here's another visual jewel in the neighborhood.
Water Harvesting Sign
Vine and Seneca
The sign is installed by C2e at the most recent waterbasin. There's a little neighborhood history and a little natural history. Stop by on your walk and read it!
