"State of the UU" Town Hall Meeting
February 28 12 Noon - 2 PM
Please mark the date for a The State of the UU congregational Town Hall meeting on February 28 from 12 noon to 2 pm after the service. This will be an opportunity to update you on Fellowship goal-setting and on the discernment process to call Russ as our permanent minister. Please plan on being there for this most important meeting. Chili tasting during Hospitality time. See below.

The Great Aptos Faith Communities Chili Cook-Off

Sponsored by the Aptos Ecumenical Council to help the homeless in Aptos. UUFSCC is already registered to enter our chili, and we want as many of our members and friends to attend as possible.
BUT FIRST: Attention all Chili lovers: We will have a chili cook-off competition on
Sunday, February 28th after Service during Hospitality time. We need to determine the best recipes to enter into the Chili Cook-off on March 18th. There are four categories: Beef, Non-Beef, Meat and Vegetarian. All are invited to enter so bring your favorite Chili to our own UUFSCC Chili Cook-off on February 28th. Contact Lorraine Sandoval or Bob Bates with any questions.

Dream Group
The next six week cycle of our Dream Group (Dreaming as Spiritual Practice, but don't let the title scare you away; it is fun) began February 16, 2016 from 7-9 PM in the Gallery, facilitated by Phoebe Evans, MIPD. The recommended donation is $40 for the six weeks, but it is sliding scale and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
