Have you tried Wixie? Wixie is a great cloud-based creative tool for K-8 students and teachers. As of Monday, February 29, 2016, Wixie will be available to users from the Instructional Tools page in BCPS One. For step-by-step instructions on accessing Wixie, see the Accessing Wixie page in the BCPS One Manual.
