The Truth about Peels, Revealed
Peels are an incredibly popular facial treatment here in the US and especially in Florida: mostly due to the damage the wonderful Florida sun can cause. Deep exfoliation is, in general, a top skin care treatment and offered at most spas.
As an organic spa, the skin care team often has conversations about how our peels differ from chemical peels. As the name suggests, Bloom Organics Day Spa doesn't offer chemical peels: we offer metabolic peels and there are many good reasons for that...

No-Bake Chocolate Avocado Pie
Sweet tooth? Try this creamy, no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
low fat pie crust
? cup medjool dates
? cup almonds
Filling
3 avocados
3 dessert spoons of raw cacao powder
45 grams of honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
50 grams of desiccated coconut
Method
In a food processor add almonds and pitted dates and blend into a dough.
Roll flat and place in a desert tray or cake tin.
For the filling, place coconut, cacao, avocados, coconut oil and honey in a food processor and mix until all ingredients are well blended.
Pour this mixture onto the base and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
