VETERANS ADMINISTRATION TAVARES
The construction for VA Outpatient Clinic, located in Tavares, has officially been completed. Slightly larger in size, this clinic will replace the Leesburg location and create greater workspace, flexibility, and parking. The Central Florida Veteran population has grown exponentially over the past three years, especially those receiving benefits, so this facility will better meet their growing demands. This project will be the third VA facility completed by Schmid Construction.

SIENA TOWERS
Preconstruction is underway for Siena Towers, a highly revered condominium development in Bella Collina. The seven-story, 100-unit, lakefront design will feature three different floor plans as well as a community conference room, exercise room, three lounges, and pool.
- Plan #1: Two bedrooms; 1,513sf
- Plan #2: Two bedrooms w/ den or game area; 1,720sf
- Plan #3: Three bedrooms; 1,735sf

CLERMONT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Tilt-wall installation is complete for the Clermont Police Department's new 30,625sf facility. Next step will be the installation of the roof structural steel followed by second-floor structural steel. Underground sitework is on-going and will shortly be followed by parking lot grade work. Progress is moving right along as scheduled.
